InfoTrak, a privately owned company, was started by Managing Director,
John Bruyns who has come from the Caterpillar Dealership background and
has qualifications in both engineering and finance. Over time John has gathered an understanding of the Caterpillar dealership needs in the area of condition monitoring and has assembled a team of people to couple the technologies
of programming, hardware and communications to produce solutions that are easy to use yet, provide the necessary functionality to manage all equipment. This has led to a solution where condition monitoring has been integrated into
a financial and operational system. InfoTrak regularly introduce upgrades which are driven by suggestions from their users worldwide as well as incorporating any technological advances which can bring benefits to our users. Regular visits are made to Caterpillar Dealerships in order to ensure that InfoTrak continues to understand the needs of their customer base.
