InfoTrak awarded grant by AusIndustry

AusIndustry - 15 February 2006 - Federal Industry Minister Ian Macfarlane today announced Melbourne-based InfoTrak Pty Ltd has been awarded a Commercial Ready grant to develop an automated, web-based, wireless system to collect and analyse condition and performance data on heavy mining and construction machinery worldwide.

Redevelopment of Oil Commander and Equipment Commander into Dot Net

InfoTrak commences re-development of Oil Commander into Dot Net programming language. This is done to maintain the latest technology and to ensure that the system will continue to be able to use Microsoft SQL database in the future.

Introduction of Equipment Commander in ASP

InfoTrak introduces Equipment Commander, a suite of Condition Monitoring tools with the same design and functionality as Oil Commander covering Undercarriage, Tyres, GET, Bowls, and Components, Fleet inspections, backlog management and Scheduling.

Introduction of Oil Commander to First Caterpillar dealership

Oil Commander Customer Viewing Tool is introduced to William Adams, the Caterpillar dealer in Victoria and Tasmania. The system incorporates limited laboratory functionality. The implemented version has been re-developed/programmed in a Web base language called ASP. Microsoft Dot Net has been considered but is not used since it has only recently been introduced to the market.

InfoTrak develops the first version of Oil Commander Customer Viewing Tool using Microsoft Access.
