 Manages status of outstanding maintenance work Overview
Backlog Commander is the system for managing all backlog items Tasks which are not completed at a scheduled service or tasks which may be identified at any time can be added to the backlog register. Each maintenance issue can be assessed and prioritised ensuring that work is completed at the most opportune time. The next time a service is configured, the backlog tasks will automatically be added to the service for inclusion.
Backlog history ageing and current outstanding items can be viewed at any point in time through a separate backlog display screen.
