Management of inspections
Overview
Fleet Commander, based on similar layout design and functionality as Oil Commander, manages the results from a suite of inspections covering many different areas of the machine. Items identified for repair are scheduled and managed until cleared with a full history and audit trail being maintained. The module manages by exception large volumes of information ensuring that all backlogs are identified. Current inspections include:-

Functionality
- Results can be entered via Teleform or manual screen entry.
- Provides the standard functionality for inspection results viewing
as follows:-
- Inspection Details - displays the detail inspection results through
drill down including the current status of problem items.
- Full History - displays in tabular format the inspection results
for all the fleet inspection results.
- Graphing - displays the inspection results graphically where results can be graphed, such as Brake Pack heights.
- Messaging - provides an email messaging and communications log.
- Action Taken - enables the recording of actions against the sample which is then colour coded to show the status.
