Tracks the consumption of fuel and lubricants by compartment Overview
Fuel and Lubricant Commander provides the capability of tracking quantity of fuel and lubricants consumed by the equipment compartments. This allows the tracking of fuel burnt by each machine and the consumption of lubricants by each compartment. This can also then be compared against tyre, Track or GET wear. In addition the system tracks fluids delivered and removed from site thus enabling reconciliation of all movements of fuel and lubricants.

Benefits
- Quick and simple data capture.
- Easy to use.
- Can monitor all movements of fuel from delivery to site to final dispensing into each machine.
- Track fuel burn rate per machine.
- Track top up oils and consumption of oils by machine.
- Reconcile fuel movements in tank farm and dispensing service
trucks on site.
- Track movements of waste oils - environmental compliance.
- Oil Sample analysis can be based on fuel burn rates as apposed to SMU.
- Can perform comparison of Fuel burn rate to component life hours.
- Can compare fuel burn rate against GET, Undercarriage
or Undercarriage life.
Functionality
- Input of fuel dispensed via inputs screen, file upload or from VIMS.
- System automatically calculates fuel burn rate. Can also obtain fuel
burn rate from VIMS input.
- Capture via input screen or teleform entry, the top up oils into compartments.
- Preset limits can be set for creating alarms based on compartment consumption rates.
- Main analyse screen will display consumption rates along with history
of quantities inputted to compartment.
- Provides th standard functionality for inspection or consumption results
as follows:-
- Consumption Details - displays the detail input to the compartment.
- Full History - displays in tabular format the inputs to the compartment along with consumption rates.
- Graphing - displays the inputs and consumption rates graphically.
- Messaging - provides an email messaging and communications log.
- Action Taken - enables the recording of actions against the input result which is then colour coded to show the status.
