Overview

Equipment Commander will monitor certain key performance indicators (KPI's) automatically. These include the following:-

• Mechanical Availability
• Utilisation
• Mean Time between Stoppages
• Mean Time to Repair
• Maintenance Ratio
• Percent of Scheduled Service
• Service Accuracy
• Backlog Count and Aging  

Included within the KPI module is the ability to view the details, history and produce the data graphically. This can be compared against the average of other equipment in the system.

Functionality

•  This module includes a complete KPI Management screen with all the functionality incorporated into the Oil Commander viewing tool.

This includes:-

1. Details - displays the detail of the KPI calculation.
2. Full History - displays in tabular format the history of the KPI readings.
3. Graph - displays in graphical format the tabular full history.
4. Messaging - provides an email messaging and communications log.
5. Action Taken - enables the recording of actions against the sample which
6. is then colour coded to show the status.
