Request for Pricing Management

Overview
This module enables the management of quotes prepared for equipment.
The module will receive quoted items setup within Builder and then costed
through Calculator or built on a spreadsheet and imported or quotes built
within the quoting module. These are then loaded to the RFP Management
module where a budget is created in the system for future analysis of
performance.
The quotes can be managed through the process of delivery and acceptance
by the customer. Once accepted the budgets are created in the system and
all actual performance is then measured against the budget set.

by client. - Creates budget in the system on acceptance by client.
- Maintains a log of all communications.
- Maintains a log of quote status with time and date stamp.
