Manages Undercarriage
Overview
Track Commander, based on the same layout design and functionality as Oil Commander, manages inspection results from the entire undercarriage and calculates wear rates, life expectancy, cost per hour and accurately forecasts component replacement. Preset limits enable alerts to be created when exceptions occur. This module is also designed to make parts ordering more easy and ensures full life is obtained from all track groups where inspections are maintained. Track Commander is fully integrated with all other Equipment Condition Monitoring tools and financial analysis.

Functionality
- Allows direct upload for Caterpillar CTS program.
- Includes interpretation screen to enable specialist located centrally to assist in interpretation of results and provide meaningful action recommendations.
- Includes a Quoting tool as well as a Quote Management tool for managing quotes presented to the customer.
- Quotes accepted by customer can then be tracked with action recommendations being scheduled on scheduling tool. Sentinel will provide reminders where actions recommended are missed. Parts lists can be generated from the system and emailed directly to the parts department for quoting and follow-up with the customer.
- Provides the standard functionality for inspection results viewing as follows:-
- Inspection Details - displays the detail inspection results for the track components, percentage worn, life left, projected total life and life lived to date.
- Full History - displays in tabular format the inspection results for all the components of the undercarriage with radio buttons to display history for % worn, life left, projected life and life lived.
- Graphing - displays the inspection results graphically.
- Messaging - provides an email messaging and communications log.
- Action Taken - enables the recording of actions against the sample which is then colour coded to show the status.
